Haydon School, located in Pinner (HA5 2LX), is seeking a professional cleaning services provider through a formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) managed by Sitemark Ltd on its behalf.
The school operates from 07:00 to 23:00, seven days a week, closing only for three days over the Christmas period. Given its extensive facilities — including three sports halls, a main hall, a dance studio, drama rooms, classrooms, and an outdoor playing field available for community hire — the contracting authority requires a service provider capable of delivering premium-quality cleaning services to a high and consistent standard.
Scope of Services
Cleaning is required Monday to Friday between 15:30 and 18:30 (preferably 15:30–18:00) for 38 weeks and one day during term time, with additional requirements during non-term periods, including periodic cleaning and office lettings. Daytime janitorial and replenishment services are required between 08:30 and 15:00. The contract also requires a dedicated non-working supervisor and a separate daytime cleaner, with robust business continuity and staff backup provisions in place.
