The contract covers the provision of damp, mould and timber treatment services, including surveys (both non-intrusive and intrusive), remedial works such as damp-proofing, plastering, timber treatment and mould cleaning, and reactive cleaning for council housing in North Yorkshire — covering approximately 5,500 properties in the South area, with possible expansion.
The contractor must comply with Awaab’s Law, meet response times of 14 days for surveys and 24 hours for emergencies, and hold relevant qualifications.
