PA Housing Limited are procuring their cleaning contract to deliver cleaning services to properties owned and managed by PA Housing Limited. The works required by the contract include, but are not restricted to the following;
•Internal Communal Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items:
oFloor coverings
oWalls
oCeilings
oDoors
oWindows – Communal
oStairs
oHandrails and balustrade
oLifts
oRecycled and general waste bins
oWC, hand basins, urinal etc.
oToilet Cubicles and laminated surfaces
•External Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items:
oEntrance lobby doors glass/screens
oCar parking areas
oGeneral footpaths leading to premises
oGeneral grass and shrub areas
oRefuge bin areas
oBike stores
oEmptying litter bins at entrance/exits to communal areas
oEmptying cigarette bins at entrance/exits to communal areas
