The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a single service provider to deliver comprehensive cleaning services across multiple site areas. This includes office cleaning, public spaces, toilets and changing facilities, corridors, kitchens, storage areas, deep cleaning, window cleaning (internal and external), and carpet cleaning.
The services are structured into seven cleaning programmes, all of which will be awarded to one provider, with cleaning frequency and detail tailored to each site’s needs.
Bidders are required to include a consumables provision as part of their submission to be compliant. While mandatory for tender submission, the consumables service may be optionally activated by the Council during the contract term.
