South West Essex Community Education Trust (SWECET) is inviting experienced and qualified service providers to deliver comprehensive cleaning services across its portfolio of schools.
The Trust is committed to maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments that support high standards of education and wellbeing for students, staff, and visitors. The appointed contractor will be responsible for delivering a range of cleaning services, which may include daily cleaning of classrooms and offices, maintenance of communal areas, washrooms, kitchens, and specialist facilities, as well as periodic deep cleaning and other associated services.
Operating across multiple academies within the Trust, the successful provider will be expected to demonstrate flexibility, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality service delivery. The contract will require adherence to strict health and safety standards, safeguarding requirements, and environmentally responsible practices.
