Framework agreement for the provision of a vehicle steam cleaning and valeting service

This tender opportunity invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to participate in a Framework Agreement for the delivery of comprehensive vehicle steam cleaning and valeting services. The objective of this framework is to appoint one or more contractors capable of delivering high-quality, reliable, and environmentally responsible cleaning solutions across a fleet of vehicles.
The appointed Service Provider(s) will be responsible for delivering a full range of services, including but not limited to exterior steam cleaning, interior deep cleaning, sanitisation, stain removal, upholstery care, and specialist detailing. Services must be carried out to a consistently high standard, ensuring vehicles are maintained in a clean, hygienic, and presentable condition at all times.
A key focus of this framework is the use of steam-based cleaning methods, which minimise water consumption and reduce the use of harmful chemicals, supporting sustainability and environmental objectives. Bidders are therefore expected to demonstrate their capability in delivering eco-friendly cleaning solutions, alongside compliance with all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations.
The framework will cover a diverse range of vehicle types, which may include cars, vans, minibuses, and specialist fleet vehicles. Service Providers must be flexible and capable of delivering services across multiple locations, either on-site or via mobile cleaning units, depending on operational requirements.
The successful contractor(s) will be required to:
Provide both scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning services
Maintain high standards of quality assurance and performance monitoring
Ensure all staff are appropriately trained, vetted, and equipped
Adhere to strict health & safety policies and risk management procedures
Deliver excellent customer service and responsive communication
This Framework Agreement is designed to offer efficiency, consistency, and value for money, while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle care and environmental responsibility.
