This tender invites suitably qualified and experienced cleaning contractors to provide comprehensive cleaning services for Dominican College Fortwilliam. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across the college premises, which may include classrooms, administrative offices, corridors, sanitary facilities, assembly halls, and other communal areas. Services are expected to be carried out on a daily, periodic, and ad hoc basis as required.
Scope of Services
- Routine daily cleaning of teaching and administrative spaces
- Cleaning and sanitization of toilets, washrooms, and changing areas
- Maintenance of floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing where applicable)
- Waste collection, segregation, and environmentally responsible disposal
- Periodic deep cleaning during school holidays or scheduled intervals
