Attain Academy Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the Trust) comprises seven primary schools located across Essex, serving approximately 1,600 pupils across its sites.
The Trust is undertaking a procurement exercise on behalf of the following academies to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced cleaning contractor:
•Cressing Primary School
•Newlands Spring Primary & Nursery School
•Rayne Primary & Nursery School
The current cleaning contract has reached its full term and the purpose of this procurement is to establish a new cleaning services contract for an initial period of three (3) years, commencing on 1 November 2026 and concluding on 31 October 2029, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year plus one (1) additional year at the sole discretion of the Trust.
The current annual contract value is approximately £162,473 (inclusive of VAT), based on existing expenditure. Tenderers should note that this figure is indicative only and may be subject to variation to reflect recent changes in local circumstances and service requirements
