Dover District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable provider for communal cleaning in residential properties across the Dover district area. The Contract is anticipated to commence 1st January 2027 and will continue for a period of three years and may be extended for a further two periods of 12 months subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contract by the Contractor and at the Council’s entire discretion.
