The successful Supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Fort Royal Community Primary School. The annual contract value is approximately £130,000 and the initial contract term will be three years, commencing 1 April 2027 and concluding 31 March 2030. The contract will operate on a guaranteed performance basis, offering a fixed annual subsidy. There will be an option to extend for a further term of one plus one years by mutual agreement.
